This tropical green energy smoothie has my favorite secret ingredient for that extra perk without the crash! This is my go to coffee detox smoothie when I am coming off caffeine.

Ingredients
- 2-4 cups of greens I love spinach or kale
- 1 1/2 cups milk or almond/hemp/etc milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup papaya
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt We love Nancy’s yogurt!
- 1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ice optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 90 seconds. Drink immediately.
Recipe Notes
If you aren’t used to eating nutritional yeast start with 1 teaspoon and work up from there until you are used to it’s taste and affect on your body.
